Conman booked for duping another car dealer

In what looks like shades of the notorious Natwarlal, a conman without any known base of operations and currently in police custody, has been booked in a fresh case for cheating a city car dealer. Varun Kaul, who was earlier arrested for defrauding Lally Automobiles, another dealership, of a Honda City car has now been booked for conning Swami Autos into handing over a Mahindra Scorpio.

Man to wait more to get son’s custody

Manjit Singh Dandiwal will have to wait for another 10 days before he can get his son’s custody. For, Justice TPS Mann of the Punjab and Haryana High Court yesterday extended by 10 days the deadline for handing over the custody of the seven-year-old boy to his father. The boy, Robin, was brought to India, without obtaining permission from court or the father by his mother, despite orders by a Canada court.
