She was taken to the ESIC Model Hospital, Ram Darbar, around 11 am. As her husband was out of station, she did not possess the employee identity card and was unable to produce the ESIC card at that time. She was then taken to the ESIC Hospital, Industrial Area. The doctors did not even administer the first aid to the patient, it was alleged. After three hours, she was told to go to Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector-32. However, when she reached the GMCH around 2 pm, it was declared that the child in her womb was dead. After the initial examination, she was sent to the radiology department for an urgent USG. After sonography, she was brought back to the labour room. Without the production of the ESI identity card, which was not even required to be produced at that time, she was treated and IV fluids and analgesic injections were administrated to her and her vitals and FHS were monitored. Around 1 pm, she suddenly developed PV bleeding and her speculum examination revealed profuse vaginal bleeding. She was catheterised and efforts were made to contact her husband to explain the condition, but since he was out of station the condition was explained to the attendant.
