protest against the dictatorial attitude of the Director General School

Scooterist hurt in mishap
Samrala, September 30
A resident of Gharkharan village sustained injuries in a road accident. Surinder Singh, the victim, was on his way from Samrala to his village on a scooter when an unidentified vehicle hit him near the Punjab National Bank branch at around 8.30 pm. A vehicle of the police control room reached the scene and took him to the local civil hospital. The victim was operated upon for leg fracture and referred to a hospital in Ludhiana for further treatment. The police has registered a case against an unidentified vehicle.
