Amarinder a spent force, says Majithia

Bikram Singh Majithia, minister for information and public relations, water and sanitation, science and technology, today said the most corrupt and rejected leader Capt Amarinder Singh was a spent force and could not succeed to rejuvenate the Congress party in the state. He added that the mere appointment of Capt Singh as head of a non-existent panel reflected the non-seriousness of the party towards the state affairs.
