The two-hour “chakka jam” call of the Shri Amarnath Yatra Sangharsh Samiti for the restoration of land to Shri Amarnath Shrine Board in Jammu and Kashmir had a complete impact on the city roads today. Activists of the Samiti blocked the roads to ensure no vehicle moved between 9 and 11 am.
