Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.
Temperature:
The minimum temperatures fell in Uttarakhand and changed little elsewhere. They were largely below normal in Jammu and Kashmir, markedly below normal in Punjab, west Rajasthan and Uttarkhand and appreciably below normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was -1.1°C recorded at Amritsar.
Forecast valid until the morning of February 14:
Weather will be dry over the region.
Low temperatures warning:
Ground frost is likely at a few places in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh during the next two nights.
Outlook for the subsequent two days:
Mainly dry weather. Cold wave conditions are likely to abate.
