Cash strapped govt sits on subsidies

A cash-strapped Punjab government has defaulted on payments of subsidies to provide cheap atta-dal to “poor” families and pensions for the aged. It has already defaulted on payment of power subsidy to the PSEB.

5 dists to be covered under diabetes project
