Cancellation of plot allotments sought

Legal clouds are hovering over EMAAR MGF’s much-touted Mohali Hills Project with a Delhi-based lawyer Samarth Raj Mehta moving the Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking the quashing of all allotments made by the company with regard to Sectors 105, 108 and 109 of the project.
Website on Encyclopaedia of Sikhism launched
