2 killed in road mishaps

Balkar Singh(40),a resident of Gobindgarh village, near here, was killed and two others were seriously injured when the Maruti Zen car they were using collided with a tractor-trailer loaded with sand and parked on the roadside near Pakki village on the Abohar-Malout road (national highway No.10) this afternoon.
