Ropar court to hear Badal case on January 19

Dismissing applications out of six moved by SAD chief Parkash Singh Badal and others seeking summoning of records and witness before the framing of charges, Special Court, Judge, Ropar G.S Saran, today fixed January 19 the next date of hearing on the arguments on the framing of charges against Badal, his family members and seven others in a corruption case.

The Congress and the SAD certainly have one thing in common- tainted persons.
This is evident from the case of Nijjar village sarpanch Tejinder Singh, who was declared a proclaimed offender in October last. He was arrested from his house in the wee hours on Saturday, hours of his joining the SAD after quitting the Congress.
