Mattoo case: HC reserves verdict

New Delhi, September 27
The Delhi High Court has reserved its judgement in the Priyadarshini Mattoo rape and murder case with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) concluding its arguments today.

Additional Solicitor-General Amarendra Sharan, arguing for the CBI, pleaded with the Division Bench of Mr Justice R.S. Sodhi and Mr Justice P.K. Bhasin to allow the earlier petition seeking punishment for four policemen for slowing and misleading the progress of the case through either omission or commission. — OC
