Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at many places in Himachal Pradesh at a few places in east Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms are: Haryana: Panchkula 3 and Kalka 2, Himachal Pradesh: Sunibhaji and Sundernagar 5 each, Kasol 4, Shimla 3, Barsar, Dharampur, Nahan, Nagrotasurian and Nadaun 2 each and Guler and Kandaghat 1 each, Jammu and Kashmir: Katra 1, Punjab: Nagal 3, east Rajasthan: Shergarh 4, Pahari 3, Arnod, Bagidora, Garhi and Sujangarh 2 each and Angai, Banswara, Bharatpur, Baseri, Kesarpura, Kotda, Kumher, Loharia, Pipalkhunt and Sewalahead 1 each, East Uttar Pradesh: Balmikinagar 20, Khadda 18, Birdghat 15, Gorakhpur 12, Uskabajar 10, Kakrahi 8, Ballia 5, Regoli 4, Hamirpur 3, Kakardharighat and Turtipar 2 each and Balrampur and Gharipur 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Shahjina 3 and Uttaranchal: Rishikesh 1.
