Veeri, Mr Sartaj Madni, Mr Javed Mir, Mr Gaffar Sofi, Mr Syed Mohmd Husain and Ms Shanti Devi, stood up in their seats and shouted towards Speaker Tara Chand that the government had failed to table the investigation report of killing of Lone.

They raised a hue and cry over the issue. Oppostion NC members, particularly Mr Ali Mohmmad Sagar and Mr Mehboob Beig, raised points with the speaker that now it was the coalition partner PDP that was raising fingers at their own government.

“It is unseen in the history of legislature in Jammu and Kashmir that coalition members are grilling the government. As per their version, the Azad government has failed to address the issues of the PDP,” Mr Sagar said.
