Mr Balraj Singh Shergill, head of the institution here, said students from Korea would be made to stay in the houses of students here so that they could learn something about each other’s culture.

Others have been made to stay at Shivalik View Hotel in Chandigarh.

He said members of the delegation would be taken to various places during their stay here.

He said that they wanted to know more about the routine activities going on here instead of attending special functions.

They wanted to go to cremation ground to see how people from different communities cremated their dead. Mr Shergill said a 20-member delegation from the school here would be going to South Korea under the exchange programme on January 17.
