Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were below normal in Punjab, appreciably above normal in west Rajasthan, above normal in Himachal Pradesh and west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 5°C recorded at Amritsar.

Forecast valid until the morning of November 23: Rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 23: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 10°C.
