Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at most places in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, east Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal, at many places in west Rajasthan and at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. Scattered heavy rain with isolated, very heavy falls are likely in east Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal during the next 48 hours. Isolated heavy rain is also likely in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu division of Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab during the same period.
