The government today said there had been no evidence so far of the involvement of Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) in the July 5 terrorist attack on Ram Janam Bhoomi in
Ayodhya. No activist of SIMI had been arrested or property seized in
this connection, Minister of State for Home Sriprakash Jaiswal told the
Rajya Sabha during Question Hour.
