Monsoon has been active in Rajasthan, east Uttar Pradesh
and Uttaranchal.

Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal, at many places in Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan, at a few places in Haryana and west Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Ambala 7 and Naraingarh 1, Himachal Pradesh: Sundernagar 2 and Kasol 1, Punjab: Balachaur and Nangal 2 each, east Rajasthan: Khandar 15, Bharatpur 12, Pipalda 10, Shahpura and Todabhim 9 each, Nagar, Nadbai and Roopwas 8 each, Hindaun 7, Sawai Madhopur 6, Bayana and Kathamer 5 each, Alwar, Bundi, Bijoliya, Degod, Didwana, Indergarh, Khanpur, Ladpura, Rajgarh and Ramgarh 4 each, Deeg, Govindgarh, Hindoli, Kumher, Kota, Ladnu, Nainwa and Nadoti 3 each, Tizara 2 and Tonk 1, west Rajasthan: Lunkaransar 10, Sujangarh 5, Ratangarh 4, Nokha 3, Churu and Vijaynagar 2 each and Danpur, Gharsana, Luni, Proya and Phlodi 1 each, east Uttar Pradesh: Kakrahi 9, Ghazipur 7, Bansi 6, Allahabad, Birdghat, Ballia, Regoli and Raebareilly 5 each, Chandradeepghat, Dalmau and Katerniaghat 4 each, Bhatpurwaghat, Elginbridge, Kakardharighat and Varanasi 3 each, Bhinga, Chhatnag, Gonda, Lucknow, Mirzapur and Neemsar 2 each and Balrampur, Hanumansetu, Jaunpur and Shardanagar 1 each, west Uttar Pradesh: Ankinghat 4, Jhansi 3 and Agra 2 and Uttaranchal: Haripur 12, Rishikesh 7, Hardwar and Rudraprayag 5 each, Uttarkashi 2 and Banbasa, Morara and Tehri 1 each.

Heavy rainfall warning: Isolated heavy rain is likely in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and division of Jammu and Kashmir, east Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal during the next 48 hours.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of July 19: Generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain/thundershowers in some areas.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi: Forecast valid until the morning of July 19: Light to moderate rain will occur at many places.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
