Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at most places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal, at many places in east Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh, at a few places in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was dry in west Rajasthan. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Naraingarh 15, Dadupur 8, Chhachhrauli 7, Tajewala 5, Panipat 3, Kalka 2 and Panchkula 1, Himachal Pradesh: Guler 5, Ghamroor 3, Bhang, Kandaghat, Nadaun, Nagrotasurian, Shimla, Sujanpurtira and Sundernagar 2 each and Kahu, Kasol, Pandoh and Solangnala 1 each, Jammu and Kashmir: Jammu and Katra 6, each, Punjab: Batala 7, Malakpur 3 and Ajnala 1, East Rajasthan: Kishanganj 10, Anta and Shahbad 9 each, Baran 6, Atru 4, Chhabra, Chhipabroad, Ladpura, Mangrol and Talera 3 each, Aklera, Khanpur, Mandal, Phagi and Sangod 2 each and Asnawar and Jhalawar 1 each, East Uttar Pradesh: Katerniaghat 9, Palliakalan 8, Balmikinagar 7, Khadda 4, Mohana 3, Kakardharighat 2 and Bahraich and Bhinga 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Mathura 11, Bareilly and Etawah 3, Kakardharighat 2 and Bahraich and Bhinga 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Mathura 11, Bareilly and Etawah 3, each and Sarsawa 1 and Uttarnchal: Dehradun 12, Banbasa and Pantnagar 11 each, Srinagar 8, Uttarkashi 6, Rishikesh 5, Haripur 4, Haridwar, Mukteshwar and Rudraprayag 2 each and Marora 1.

Heavy rainfall warning: Isolated heavy to very heavy rain is likely in Himachal Pradesh, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal during the next 48 hours. Isolated heavy rain is also likely in Haryana, Jammu division of Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh during the same period.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of July 13: Generally cloudy sky with a few spells of rain/thundershowers.
