Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The maximum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir and Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere.

Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, above normal in Himachal Pradesh, below normal in Haryana, Punjab and west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The highest maximum temperature in the region was 37.5° C recorded at Barmer (Rajasthan).

Forecast valid until the morning of April 4: Rain/thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of April 4: Mainly clear sky likely to become partly cloudy sky tomorrow. The maximum temperature will be around 33° C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of April 4: Sky will be mainly clear.
