Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere.

They were appreciably above normal in Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan, above normal in Haryana, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 8.1°C recorded at Pilani (Rajasthan).
