Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at most places in Jammu and Kashmir, at many places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal.
Rain/thunder showers have occurred at many places in Punjab and west Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in Haryana. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amount of precipitation in
cm are: Himachal Pradesh: Sundernagar 2 and Dhundhi 1.

Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in Haryana, Punjab and west Uttar Pradesh, fell in west Rajasthan, appreciably below normal in Punjab and east Rajasthan, below normal in Haryana, markedly above normal in east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 3.0°C recorded at Udaipur
AP (Rajasthan).
