Rainfall: Rain/snow has reportedly occurred at most places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Rain/thundershowers have occurred at most places in Haryana, Punjab and west Uttar Pradesh, at a few places in east Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in Rajasthan.

Chandigarh 2, Delhi: Ridge 1, Haryana: Ambala and Karnal 2 each, Himachal Pradesh: Bhunter, Shimla, Sundernagar and Una 2 each, Jammu and Kashmir: Jammu and Katra 3 each, Batote 2 and Quazigund 1, Punjab: Amritsar 3, Ludhiana 2 and Patiala 1 and Uttaranchal: Dehra Dun and Tehri 2 each and Mukteshwar and Pantnagar 1 each.
Temperatures:
past 24-hour change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in Haryana, fell in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, west Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere.
Departures:
These were appreciably below normal in Himachal Pradesh, below normal in Uttaranchal, appreciably above normal in east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.8°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).
