Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed a little. Departures: They were markedly above normal in Himachal Pradesh, appreciably above normal in west Rajasthan, above normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir and east Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 3.2°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of December 19: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of December 19: Mainly clear sky. Mist/fog in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 8°C.
