Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were below normal in Punjab, above normal in Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 1.0°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of December 10: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of December 10: Mainly clear sky with haze. Mist/shallow fog in the morning. Mnimum temperature will be around 7°C. Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of December 10: Sky will be mainly clear.
