Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Uttar Pradesh. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: East Uttar Pradesh: Balrampur 2 and Sultanpur 1 and West Uttar Pradesh: Jhansi 2.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Maximum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were above normal in Jammu and Kashmir and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 37.4°C recorded at Sikar (Rajasthan).

Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were above normal in Haryana and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 17.5°C recorded at Udaipur City (Rajasthan).
