Madan Lal Academy coaching camp from May 15

New Delhi, May 7
The DDA Madan Lal Cricket Academy will hold a coaching camp from May 15 to June 5 at the Siri Fort Sports Complex ground. The camp will be held for boys in the age group of 9 to 20 years. A few select players from the camp will be admitted to the Madan Lal Academy. Application forms can be collected from the Siri Fort Sports Complex, Khel Gaon Marg, New Delhi. Ph: 26497482, 26496657.

Ajitabh Rajan hits ton

A dynamic century, full of strokes, by Ajitabh Rajan (144, 15x4, 3x6) and deadly bowling by Ritesh Sinha (3 for 33) helped Sumit Dogra Academy defeat Army Public School by 118 runs and entered the semi-final of the first Dr Sushila Tiwari Memorial Under-17 Cricket Tournament at the Yamuna Sports complex ground. Scores: Dogra Academy: 277 all out in 39.5 overs (Ajitabh Rajan 144, Vajiur-Rehman 44, Praveen Yadav 38, Dharmender Singh 3 for 37). APS: 159 all out in 40 overs (Kailash Malo 40, Dharmender Singh 30, Inder Pal Singh 25, Ritesh Sinha 3 for 33, Akand Rathore 3 for 28).

Shobhit hits double century

Shobhit Kaushik slammed a double century (201, 18x4, 5x6) and Rushil Bhaskar hit a century (120, 15x4, 3x6) to help Sonnet Club defeat Aryavart Club by 218 runs in the Achrekar Under-17 Cricket Tournament at the Paschim Vihar complex. Scores: Sonnet Club: 400 for 6 in 50 overs (Shobhit Kaushik 201, Ruchit Bhaskar 121, Yogesh Nagar 46, Kanwal Deep Singh 3 for 40, Sobit Sharma 2 for 60). Aryavrat: 182 all out in 48 overs (Sanjay Aggarwal 51, Abhishek Gotwal 61, Imran Khan 3 for 31, Angad Singh 3 for 18, Nipun Malhotra 3 for 7).

E-Fund move up

E-Fund defeated Hughes Software Systems by two wickets in the CallC Cup Cricket Tournament. Scores: Hughes: 125 (Jalaj Puri 48, Vidur Krishan 24, Bhupender Kumar 4 for 23, Amit Mishra 2 for 12, Hardeep Singh 2 for 20). E-Fund: 128 for 8 in 21 overs (Rishi Singhla 51, Ajay Bhandari 21, Amit Khullar 4 for 20, P K Pandit 2 for 21).

HCL Technologies win

HCL Technologies defeated ICICI Bank by five wickets in the Reebok Cricket Tournament. Scores: ICICI Bank: 158 for 6 in 25 overs (Vikas Prashad 56, Shrray Sharma 32, Shivankar Saxena 24, Ravi Negi 3 for 30). HCL: 162 for 5 in 23.3 overs (Anand Kumar 44, Aditya Kishore 38 n o, Krishnan M 25, Jitender Diwan 2 for 18).
