Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed a little. Departure: They were below normal in Punjab, above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 4.4C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of February 15: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 15: Mainly clear sky. Mist/fog in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 10C.
