Carnicobar down Dehradun in Subroto New Delhi, November 23 Manuah put Carnicobar in the lead in the 30th minute while Kamal Negi equalised for Dehradun five minutes later. Andrew pulled off the match-winner for Carnicobar in the 50th minute. In a sloppy match, NCC Imphal scored at will to trounce Central Public Memorial School, Srinagar 12-0. Priyo Kumar Singh and R K Adarsh Singh scored three goals each while K H Prashanta Singh and Chitaranjan Singh scored two goals each. Raju Mangang and Rojen Singh accounted for the other goals. In the third match, BSL IV E High School, Bokaro (Jharkhand) drubbed St Joseph English School, Gujarat 13-0. Manik Biswas slotted in seven goals for Bokaro, which included a hattrick. Lalbiaki Luanga struck home three goals while Abdul Mannan scored two goals and Rakesh Thapa one. Amity Insurance Cricket Cup New Delhi, November 23 Director of ASIAS R R Grover presented a cheque for Rs 50,000 to chairperson of Amitasha Mrs Amita Chauhan. The amount was raised through the first Amity Insurance Cricket Cup last year. Teams from 16 insurance companies are participating in the tournament.
