Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers occurred at most places in Haryana and east Rajasthan, at many places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at a few places in the rest of the region.

The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Pataudi 12, Dadri Toye 9, Berikhas 8, Bahadurgarh and Hisar 6 each, Julana, Rewari, Rohtak and Sohna 5 each, Bhiwani, Fatehabad, Jhajjar and Ratia 4 each, Kharkhoda, Siwani and Sonepat 3 each, Jagadhari, Kalka, New Delhi (Palam) and New Delhi (Safdarjung) 2 each and Ayanagar, Delhi Ridge and Kaithal 1 each; Himachal Pradesh: Chauraha, Khairi, Mandi, Pandoh and Sundernagar 2 each and Bhang, Chamba, Dhundhi, Ghamroor, Nagrotasurian and Nahan 1 each; Jammu and Kashmir: Bhoond and Patti 3 each, Basoli 2 and Banihal 1; Punjab: Shahpur Kandi 2 and Bathinda and Ranjit Sagar Dam site 1 each; East Rajasthan: Dholpur, Moralsagar, Ramgarh and Todabhim 7 each, Sapotra 6, Dheel Bandh 5, Baseri, Chomu and Viratnagar 4 each, Arnod, Bari, Bohana, Jahajpur, Jagar Dam, Sepu and Sawai Madhopur 3 each, Bhilwara, Bassi, Bonli, Neem Ka Thana, Phagi, Rawatbhata and Srimadhopur 2 each, and Jaipur 1; West Rajasthan: Churu 3, Taranagar 2 and Sardar Shahar 1; East Uttar Pradesh: Khadda 11, Basti 6, Banda 5, Gorakhpur 4, Ayodhya, Balrampur, Birdghat and Ghazipur 3 each, Ankinghat 2 and Mukhlishpur 1; West Uttar Pradesh: Dabri 8, Shahjina 6 and Sarsawa 2; and Uttaranchal: Haripur 4, Dehra Dun 2 and Marora and Pantnagar 1 each.
