Glimpses of Lakme India Fashion show at Mumbai You may find it hard to believe, but the top models of the country are actually displaying “wearable” stuff during the week. The kind of clothes you would simply love to don before cutting foot loose at the evening bash, even to the college campus for attending the classes. So kids, what are you waiting for. Use your own creativity. Now. Mix and match the stuff and look cool in the summers of 2003.

New trends According
to the principal, Mr Manish Verma, the classes are theme based, have
wonderful interiors, educative walls and are air-conditioned. Various
teaching aids of “Little Dykes” and “Fisher-Price”, puppets,
etc. make learning a fun experience. The classes are surrounded by lot
of open space to facilitate unhindered movement and growth of
children. School is for three hours. Mineral water is served but no food. There are activities like sand play and water play, which prepare the child with pre-writing skills. The finer hand muscles develop and prepare the child to hold a pencil. Children sit on the floor as a child feels most comfortable on the ground when he can make best use of his five senses and explore around him rather than confining him to an uncomfortable chair or bench. All furniture designed is low, easily reachable by a child. Buddy tables are specially designed for him to work on. |
