Jaundice
threat: health camps organised Khanna, June 14 Health education camps were organised at various colonies in this connection in the city today. It may be mentioned here that a report was published in the Ludhiana Tribune about the jaundice threat. The SMO here, Mr Dharam Pal has constituted five health teams to educate people on the prevention of jaundice and other water-borne diseases. The teams told the people to drink chlorinated water. The SMO said the areas where safe drinking water was not available the people should boil it. He said there were only two cases of jaundice at the Civil Hospital. |
