The driver of Senegalese Ambassador Al Mansoor Diop, Dilavar Singh, who died after a scuffle with the envoy’s son on Saturday, had sustained ante-natal damage in his cerebral cortex (brain), it was revealed during the post-mortem examination today.

Sacked DDA vice-chairman Subhash Sharma, accused of accepting huge bribes in the DDA scam cases, was today granted bail by the Delhi High Court, which yesterday had ordered the release of two other former officials of the authority on conditional bail.
