likely in Punjab, Haryana New Delhi, May 22 Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Maximum temperatures fell in Jammu and Kashmir, rose in Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were markedly above normal in Himachal Pradesh, appreciably above normal in Haryana, Punjab and Uttaranchal, above normal in east Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region.
