Past 24 hours change: Maximum temperatures fell in west Rajasthan and changed a little elsewhere. Departures: They were largely above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, markedly above normal in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Uttaranchal, appreciably above normal in Haryana, east Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and normal in west Rajasthan.
