THIS refers to "Driven round the bend" by Aradhika Sekhon (January 18). One of the tips given for controlling road rage is that if stuck in a traffic jam one should do Pranayam, meaning deep breathing. However, this can prove harmful because in case of a traffic jam many drivers keep their engines on, emitting smoke, and deep breathing can cause one to inhale these toxic fumes.
