Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Punjab and changed a little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Rajasthan, above normal in Haryana and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 8.6°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 20: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 20: Clear sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 12°C.
