Rainfall: Very light rain or snow has occurred at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed a little.

Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Punjab and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 11.0°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 10: Rain or snow is likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 10: Mainly clear sky. Minimum temperature will be around 15°C.
