in HP, J&K New Delhi, February 19 Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Haryana and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were markedly above normal in east Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir and west Rajasthan, above normal in Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 7.6°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab). Forecast valid until the morning of February 21: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region. Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 21: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning.
