Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere.

Departures: They were below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 1.6°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of February 16th 2002: Weather will be mainly dry over the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 16th 2002: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 9°C.
