Sunrise Ehsaas to comprise literary, cultural events

Ludhiana, February 14
Sunrise Ehsaas-2002, an inter-university cultural and literary function, will be held at the Punjab College of Technical Education campus on February 22.

The festival will comprise 19 literary and cultural events, including mock press conference, jam, story-telling, choreography, quiz, sell it, portfolio management, dum charades, picto, flower arrangement, sketching, face painting, solo dance, duet song, western group dance, short skit, fashion show, turn coat, debate and so on.

The festival will be a one-day mega show. Last year around 18 teams from all over Punjab participated in the show. The teams from Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Mandi Gobindgarh, Mohali, Muktsar, Moga and Fatehgarh Sahib participated in the festival last year. This year the college expects around 30 teams from all over Punjab and some teams from Haryana and Delhi.

The main attraction of the festival will be a new game introduced this year — portfolio management. Each team will be made to invest Rs 1 crore in various scripts in a virtual environment. They will be given one system on which prices of various scripts will be displayed and news about the companies will be flashed. Prices of the various scripts will change according to the news.
