Monsoon has been vigorous in east Rajasthan.
Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Rajasthan, at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir, west Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in the rest of the region.The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Himachal Pradesh: Bhuntar 2; Jammu and Kashmir: Pahalgam 2; Punjab: Fazilka 3 and Patti 1; east Rajasthan: Badotti 13, Durra Colony, Khanpur, Pancholas and Sawan Bhado 12 each, Abhepura, Chippaba Road and Sonkuder 11 each, Bhawani Mandi and Sangod 10 each, Asnawar, Alimdam, Ladpura and Moraldam 9 each, Kisanganj, Mandana, Rajgarh and Sawaimadhopur 8 each, Attru, Dausa, Kota Bairaj, Nadoti and Udaipur AP 7 each, Banarsagar, Gopalsagar, Kota AP, Katumer, Piplada, Pratapgarh, Resibdev and Umedsagar 6 each, Anta, Bandikui, Bhimsagar, Chhabara, Deegod, Lalsot, Mangrol, Nandsamand, Ran, Sikrai and Sahabad 5 each, Jhalawar, Nadbai and Rainbasera 4 each and Bushawar, Bharatpur, Deeg and Sikar 3 each; west Rajasthan: Sriganganagar 5; wast Uttar Pradesh: Mirzapur 3, Mohana 2 and Chillaghat and Sultanpur 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Mainpuri 2 and Bareilly and Mathura 1 each.
