Free medical camp for poor

Ludhiana, August 5
Mr S.K. Sandhu, Deputy Commissioner of Ludhiana, inaugurated a free surgical check-up camp organised by Dewan Hospital and Lions Club at Barewal near Ludhiana.

Doctors examined 328 persons at the camp and conducted free blood and urine tests, besides ultrasound scans. Those who attended the camp received free medicines. Five poor patients who attended the camp will get free surgical facilities and another 24 will get these facilities on charitable basis in Dewan Hospital and Advanced Laproscopic Surgery Centre of Ludhiana.
