Sky watchers in the Capital gazed hard to catch a glimpse of the partial lunar eclipse tonight but the spectacle was marred by clouds. The partial lunar eclipse, which started at 7.10 p.m. and ended at 9.47 p.m., was visible in Delhi and several other parts of the country. UNI

Mine workers opt for VRS
Bhubaneswar, July 5
More than 800 mine workers of the state-sector Orissa Mining Corporation have opted for the Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS), an official press note said here today. The scheme, aimed at achieving financial self-reliance of the company, was introduced for piece rated workers and daily rated mazdoors. PTI
