to Rajasthan NEW DELHI, Feb 11 Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region. Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in western Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were below normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir and western Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 1.4°C recorded at Adampur in Punjab. Forecast valid until the morning of 13th: Weather will be dry over the region.
