at Churu NEW DELHI, Dec 25 — Cold wave conditions are prevailing in parts of Punjab. Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region. Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in east Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were above normal in east Uttar Pradesh, below normal in the remaining parts of Punjab and normal in the rest of the region.
