NEW DELHI, Dec 25 — Cold wave conditions are prevailing in parts of Punjab.

Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in east Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were above normal in east Uttar Pradesh, below normal in the remaining parts of Punjab and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 1.4°C recorded at Churu in Rajasthan.

Forecast valid until the morning of 27th: Weather will be dry over the region.

Forecast for Delhi & neighbourhood valid until the morning of 27th: Sunny day. Fog in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 6°C.
