Superintendent held
NEW DELHI, Oct 24 (UNI) — The CBI arrested a Superintendent of Central Excise for demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 1500. The accused allegedly abused his official position as a public servant while serving as Superintendent of Central Excise Range-IV, Vadodara, and demanded an illegal gratification of Rs 5000 from the complainant for defacement of purchase invoices and sales invoices of his firm.
