Laloo incurs SC’s wrath
NEW DELHI, July 19 (PTI) — The RJD supremo, Mr Laloo Prasad Yadav, facing trial in the multi-crore fodder scam cases, today faced the Supreme Court’s ire as he authorised a party MP to file reply to a CBI petition accusing him of making derogatory statements against the agency. “We express our displeasure over Laloo Prasad Yadav not swearing the affidavit though the petition made direct allegations against him,” a three-judge Bench headed by Mr Justice K.T. Thomas said.
