Thursday: Rain or snowfall has been reported at many places in H.P. Reports of rain have come from a few places in Haryana and Punjab. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms are: Bhunter 3, Shimla, Sundernagar, Sunni, and Berthin 2 each and Pandoh, Rampur, Kasol, Kahu, and Nadaun one each.

On Wednesday the day temperature rose appreciably in Punjab, rose in Haryana and fell appreciably in H.P. It was appreciably below normal in the area. The highest temperature in the area 30.3 °C recorded at Hisar.

Night temperature fell appreciably in the area. It was markedly below normal in H.P. The lowest temperature in the plains was 10.1°C recorded at Amritsar.

Forecast: Moderate to rather heavy rain or snow likely at many places in H.P. Light to moderate rain likely at a few places in Haryana and Punjab. Hailstorms or thunder squalls with wind speed exceeding 45 km per hour likely at isolated places in Haryana, H.P. and Punjab.
