Sunday: Cold wave conditions are prevailing in most parts of Punjab and in some parts of Haryana. The weather remained dry in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. The night temperatures changed a little in the area. These were markedly below normal in Punjab, appreciably below normal in Haryana and normal in Himachal Pradesh. The lowest temperature in the plains was 3.7°C recorded at Amritsar.
